How to Prevent Spam Emails From Reaching Your Mailbox

Spam emails can be a problem especially if they are filling your inbox like crazy. Aside from the hassle of constantly deleting and emptying your spam inboxes, most of the emails that you receive are usually adult-related. This can become a problem if these spam emails reach your children’s inboxes. As parents, we should teach them some tips on preventing spam emails.

First, they should visit only legitimate websites. There are many websites that are created for sending spam emails. They usually require you to enter and email address and once you entered an email address, this will be included in their spam email addresses. Legitimate websites don’t require you to enter an email address after all.

You should be careful in signing up in different websites. There are many companies who say they will send relevant newsletters but actually they don’t. They collect many emails from their visitors and once they have enough they will sell these to companies that send spam emails. Even if they say that they will send newsletters you still have to be very careful.

If you already start receiving spam emails, you don’t need to delete them one by one. You just need to activate the spam protection feature. The spam emails that you will receive will no longer go to your inbox. Instead it will go to you spam inbox where you can delete it altogether instead of deleting it one by one in your inbox.
