When people have access to the internet, they can readily make emails. For those who are not familiar with emails, they are like virtual mailboxes where you can receive electronic mails (emails). There are emails that are free and the same time there are also emails that require a small fee. Emails are used to identify you in the internet and because one can get an email address for free, this can be abused. If your kids are using the internet, teach them to use the emails the right way.
Emails should not be used for illegal purposes. For example, there are people who visit illegal websites or those that are require you to have legal age. So that they can join these websites, they use a different email that may not be truthful and adds that they are of legal age to fool the website. As parents, you should advice your kids not to do these because they might end up in jail.
There are also people who use email accounts that have fake details. They use this to send spam emails, to create solicitation letters and even to discredit a person who they hate. They post negative comments about a person using the fake email. Again this is not a good practice and kids should not do this. Remember that creating an email for free is already a privilege. It doesn’t mean that just because we got it for free, we can already abuse it.
